Knowingly exposing others to HIV will no longer be a felony in California

Hiv could have been eliminated years ago or greatly reduced because with restrictions the number of people who needed treatment would have been much smaller and more resources could be allocated per person.  This is what is wrong with worldwide open borders we need to quarantine those with hiv aids.  Individual communities should be allowed to let people with hiv in but there ought to be places allowed to keep them out.  I am not advocating the legitimacy of state borders by saying this, in fact the United States currently outlaws such a policy violating the non aggression principle.  I am talking about intentional communities keeping people with hiv out even if the state law forbids it and other intentional communities for people with HIV to travel to and anyone without hiv willing to potentially sacrifice their life by traveling to such a community to serve them and provide treatment.  This is how leprosy had more resources to be cured historically if the whole world let in lepers there would not have been enough resources to discover a cure as quickly  because technology would take longer to reach a level where that is possible.  There were leper colonies historically for a good reason in this manner people had more sense back then, some people risked their lives to serve leper colonies but they were not always evil enough to risk other people's lives for self righteousness sake.

State Marxism is state capitalism

Under State Marxism government employees manage the redistribution of wealth and end up being the capitalist class that owns capital

Under State capitalism registered corporations get immunity from government prosecution in many cases and in turn do dirty work the government is not officially allowed to do but businesses are allegedly allowed to do.  These corporations abide by government procedures and effectively for all practical purposes their top level managers end up being covert government employees making corporations covert branches of the government.  These corporations have a monopoly on the means of production in such a way that the common person is forbidden from owning or using the means of production except under the corporate governments behalf.  This makes state capitalism the same as state marxism as the government bureaucrats end up owning all the capital.

Corporations do the equivalent of Jeff saying I own all the hills even though he has never even been to those hills (in this video) and the state backs up their claim by violence.

Two types of economic coercion

Ancaps claim to have a problem with stealing and ancom have a problem with murdering people by restricting access to resources.  Ancaps generally support opposing stealing even if it involves someone dying as a result but ancom support allowing access to resources even if ancaps may think it involves stealing.  They are both half correct as stealing or preventing access to water for someone can both be forms of unethical coercion.  

The key problem with insisting someone give you resources so you do not die is if someone must work to provide for you they are your slave.

In distributism individuals own their own means of production or land instead of states or collectives or corporations therefore it is more difficult to coerce people through either method.  

In some forms of post left anarchy people wish for a post scarcity society so either type of coercion stealing or withholding resources would be silly, but that has not yet been fully achieved. 

 In the classical liberal theories there is a balance between limited stealing or limited taxation and also limited provision of infrastructure, services and resources.

 In a welfare state for the poor resources are provided for the poor but only through stealing and most of the resources do not actually reach the poor but go to the state bureaucrats instead a large portion of the time.

 But the worst is corporate welfare where resources are stolen from the working class employees to give to their employers who coerce them into working as slaves to them by forcing them to pay fees or be thrown in jail through state taxation.

As long as people can choose whether or not they are a part of the other anarchist systems on a local level through voluntary communities instead of applying those systems worldwide they are all fine with me.  But the state does not make participation optional.
