 If that charity does not accomplish its objective within the established timeline, it should fold and distribute all assets (human and otherwise) to other non-profits with a similar mission. 

 If that for profit employer or corporation does not accomplish its objective within the established timeline, it should fold and distribute all assets (human and otherwise) to other non-profits with a similar mission
