Mortgage as currently practiced violates the non aggression principle

State regulations forcing people to be employed are anti libertarian.  I am not talking about "nature" forcing people to put in effort to survive if someone were in an island with no other humans but any fees simply for existing that force people to be employed.  Rent on land is slavery, fraud and theft but rent on something you made is not necessarily theft.  Bankers did not make houses or earn money honestly but created money out of nowhere.  Mortgage as currently practiced is slavery, fraud and theft.  Property tax is also slavery, fraud and theft.  Stealing someone's crops that they worked to grow repeatedly is also slavery.  Bankers generally do not work to grow crops.  Mortgage violates the non aggression principle of "anarcho Capitalism" because bankers do not legitimately own the houses they mortgage and did not legitimately earn the money the created out of nothing for the loan.  If a banker made a house and then loaned out gold that he or she honestly earned that would not necessarily violate the non aggression principle but that is not how bankers currently do things.
