Propose whatever you want the world is not going to change to suit you and peoiple are nt going to evolve past greed and crime.

Which is why there should be no system where humans are in charge of other humans against their will.

That is not possible unless humans do not influence the environment shared by other humans but you can try to restrict the ways in which they do that yet such restrictions on restrictions maybe against the will of the person restricted from restricting
